「TarotDome」「我们」指服务的运营者；「你」指使用服务的个人。

2. 使用资格

你必须年满 13 周岁（或你所在地法律规定的更高年龄）方可使用服务。未满 18 周岁的用户，应在父母或监护人阅读并同意本条款后使用服务。使用服务即表示你声明并保证你符合上述条件。

3. 服务说明

TarotDome 提供在线塔罗牌抽牌、牌义查询、今日之牌、生日牌及由人工智能生成的塔罗解读等功能。我们可以随时自行决定新增、修改、暂停或终止服务的全部或部分功能，而无需事先通知，也无需为此对你或任何第三方承担责任。

4. 仅供娱乐，不构成专业建议

服务提供的所有内容，包括塔罗解读、牌义、今日之牌和生日牌，均仅供娱乐和自我反思之用。

服务中的任何内容均不构成、也不能替代医疗、心理健康、法律、财务、投资或任何其他领域的专业意见、诊断或治疗。在作出任何重要决定之前，请咨询具备相应资质的专业人士。你应对基于服务内容作出的任何决定及其后果自行承担全部责任。

如你正处于危机之中或有伤害自己的想法，请立即联系当地的紧急服务或专业求助热线。

5. 人工智能生成的内容

部分解读由人工智能自动生成。人工智能的输出可能不准确、不完整、不适当，或与其他用户收到的内容相似。我们不对人工智能生成内容的准确性、可靠性或适用性作任何保证，且这些内容不代表 TarotDome 的观点。

你不得将人工智能生成的内容冒充为人工撰写的专业意见，也不得将其用于任何违法或有害的目的。

6. 账号

部分功能需要你注册账号。你同意提供真实、准确的信息，妥善保管你的登录凭证，并对你账号下发生的一切活动负责。如发现账号被未经授权使用，请立即通知我们。

账号仅限你本人使用，不得转让、出借或与他人共享。你可以随时退出登录，或按《隐私政策》所述方式申请注销账号。

7. 免费额度

游客每天可免费获得 3 次 AI 解读；注册用户可不限次数地获取 AI 解读，但以个人正常使用为限，并设有每日合理使用上限（目前为每天 100 次）。抽牌、牌义、今日之牌和生日牌不限次数。额度的具体数量和计算周期以服务中的实际说明为准，我们可以随时调整，并可在服务负载较高等情形下暂时限制或暂停相关功能。

8. 可接受的使用

你同意不会：

• 以任何违反适用法律法规的方式使用服务；
• 使用机器人、爬虫、脚本或其他自动化方式访问服务、批量获取内容或调用接口；
• 绕过、规避或试图破解使用额度、频率限制、安全措施或访问控制；
• 干扰、破坏或过度占用服务及其基础设施，或传播恶意代码；
• 对服务进行反向工程、反编译或试图获取其源代码，法律明确允许的除外；
• 未经我们书面许可，将服务或其内容用于商业目的，包括转售、再许可或以服务为基础提供竞争性产品；
• 提交违法、侵权、骚扰、仇恨、色情或侵犯他人隐私的内容，或冒充他人。

如你违反本节规定，我们有权在不事先通知的情况下限制、暂停或终止你对服务的访问。

9. 你提交的内容

你对你在服务中输入的问题等内容保留其应有的权利。为向你提供服务，你授予我们一项全球性、非独占、免版税的许可，以处理、传输和使用这些内容生成解读，包括将其提供给我们的服务提供商。

你保证你有权提交这些内容，且这些内容不侵犯任何第三方的权利。如你向我们提出意见或建议，我们可以自由使用，而无需向你支付报酬或承担其他义务。

10. 知识产权

服务及其全部内容，包括但不限于牌面插画、文字、牌义、页面设计、图标、商标和软件，均由 TarotDome 或其许可方拥有，并受著作权、商标及其他知识产权法律的保护。

在你遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予你一项有限的、个人的、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，以便你出于个人非商业目的使用服务。除本条款明确授予的权利外，我们保留所有其他权利。你可以使用服务提供的分享功能分享解读和牌面，但不得删除其中的署名或来源信息。

11. 第三方服务

服务可能依赖或链接到第三方提供的服务（例如 Google 登录、社交分享平台）。你对第三方服务的使用受其各自的条款和政策约束，我们对第三方服务不承担责任。

12. 免责声明

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，服务按「现状」和「现有」基础提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性、准确性、不侵权的保证，以及服务将不间断、及时、安全或无错误的保证。我们不保证服务或其内容能够满足你的要求或期望。

13. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，TarotDome 及其运营者在任何情况下均不对任何间接的、附带的、特殊的、后果性的或惩罚性的损害承担责任，包括利润、数据、商誉或其他无形损失，无论其基于合同、侵权或其他法律理论，即使我们已被告知发生此类损害的可能性。

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们因服务或本条款而对你承担的全部责任总额，不超过以下两者中的较高者：(a) 你在引起责任的事件发生前十二个月内为服务实际支付的金额；或 (b) 20 美元（或等值的其他货币）。

某些司法管辖区不允许排除或限制特定的保证或责任，在此情况下，上述排除或限制仅在该地法律允许的范围内适用。

14. 赔偿

15. 暂停与终止

你可以随时停止使用服务。如你违反本条款，或我们合理认为有必要保护服务、其他用户或第三方，我们可以随时自行决定暂停或终止你对服务的全部或部分访问，而无需事先通知。

本条款终止后，依其性质应继续有效的条款（包括知识产权、免责声明、责任限制、赔偿及适用法律等）继续有效。

16. 适用法律与争议解决

本条款的订立、效力、解释和履行，适用 TarotDome 运营者所在地的法律，但不适用其冲突法规则。因本条款或服务引起的或与之相关的任何争议，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可将争议提交至运营者所在地有管辖权的人民法院或法院解决。

如你是消费者，本节规定不影响你依据你惯常居住地的强制性法律所享有的权利。

17. 条款的变更

我们可能不时修改本条款。修改后的条款将发布在本页面并更新生效日期；如有重大变更，我们会通过服务中的显著提示或电子邮件等方式提前告知。变更生效后你继续使用服务，即视为你接受修改后的条款；如你不同意，请停止使用服务。

18. 其他

• 完整协议：本条款与《隐私政策》以及我们就特定功能另行发布的规则，构成你与我们之间关于服务的完整协议。
• 可分割性：如本条款的任何条款被认定为无效或不可执行，该条款应在必要的最小范围内予以修改或删除，其余条款继续有效。
• 不弃权：我们未行使或延迟行使本条款项下的任何权利，不构成对该权利的放弃。

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TarotDome website (tarotdome.com) or any of its features (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

"TarotDome", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Service; "you" refers to the individual using it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or a higher age where required by local law) to use the Service. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must read and agree to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. The Service

TarotDome offers online tarot card draws, card meanings, a card of the day, birth cards and tarot readings generated by artificial intelligence. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time at our sole discretion, without notice and without liability to you or any third party.

4. Entertainment Only; No Professional Advice

ALL CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING TAROT READINGS, CARD MEANINGS, THE CARD OF THE DAY AND BIRTH CARDS, IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND PERSONAL REFLECTION PURPOSES ONLY.

Nothing in the Service constitutes, or is a substitute for, medical, mental health, legal, financial, investment or any other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional before making any important decision. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content from the Service and for their consequences.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

5. AI-Generated Content

Some readings are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate, and may be similar to content provided to other users. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, reliability or suitability of AI-generated content, and it does not represent the views of TarotDome.

You may not present AI-generated content as professional advice written by a human, or use it for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

6. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, lent or shared. You may sign out at any time or request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Free Allowances

Guests may receive 3 free AI readings a day. Registered users may receive unlimited AI readings for normal personal use, subject to a daily fair-use cap (currently 100 readings a day). Card draws, card meanings, the card of the day and birth cards are unlimited. The exact allowances and their periods are as described in the Service and may be changed at any time; we may also temporarily limit or pause features, for example during periods of high demand.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• access the Service, collect its content or call its interfaces using bots, scrapers, scripts or other automated means;
• bypass, circumvent or attempt to defeat usage allowances, rate limits, security measures or access controls;
• interfere with, disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure, or introduce malicious code;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except where expressly permitted by law;
• use the Service or its content for commercial purposes without our written permission, including reselling, sublicensing or building a competing product;
• submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or invasive of another person's privacy, or impersonate anyone.

If you breach this section, we may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice.

9. Your Content

You retain whatever rights you have in the questions and other content you submit. To provide the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, transmit and use that content to generate readings, including by providing it to our service providers.

You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without compensation or other obligation to you.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its content, including card artwork, text, card meanings, page design, icons, trademarks and software, are owned by TarotDome or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may share readings and cards using the Service's sharing features, provided you do not remove any attribution or source information.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or link to services provided by third parties, such as Google sign-in or social sharing platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ITS CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TAROTDOME OR ITS OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR (B) USD 20.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities; in those jurisdictions, the above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TarotDome from any claims, demands or proceedings brought by a third party, and any resulting losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees), arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law or your infringement of any third party's rights.

15. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time and at our discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service, other users or third parties.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law, will survive.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of TarotDome is established, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute amicably; if that fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of that place.

If you are a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you habitually reside.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and for material changes we will give advance notice through a prominent notice on the Service or by email. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

18. General

• Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any rules we publish for specific features form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• Severability: if any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• No waiver: our failure or delay in exercising any right is not a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
• Language: these Terms are published in English and Chinese. If the versions conflict, the English version prevails, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
